These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ayam11 ("Platform", "We", "Company") governing your use of the website, mobile application and all services offered by ayam11 in ayam11.best.

You are solely responsible for:

The name registered must be the account holder's legal name and must match the name on a valid Malaysian identity card or passport. The account name cannot be changed after identity verification has been completed. If a name discrepancy is detected during the withdrawal process, ayam11 reserves the right to freeze the account until identity verification is resolved.

All financial transactions on ayam11 are conducted entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted and no currency conversion is performed.

The general Sports Betting rules are as follows:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or altered by the member once confirmed, except in cases where a technical error has caused the odds to be displayed incorrectly.

• The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each slots game is set by the respective game developer and may vary between games.

• Any activity that violates Malaysian law applicable while using the platform.

Ayam11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to verify identity or account information when requested.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves or by an immediate family member.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ayam11 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawable winnings without any compensation. If an account is closed at the member's own request without any breach, the valid account balance will be returned after deducting any bonuses whose wagering requirements have not yet been met.

Under no circumstances shall ayam11's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
